Somewhere in the Monique Samuels binder of receipts, this dress was already a defendant.

A custom reunion gown built for combat couture — structured bodice, sharp shoulder, the kind of stiff fabric that doesn’t wrinkle when you slide a folder across a couch. She wore it the season the binder was bound, the napkins were thrown, and Candiace’s lawyer was presumably on speed dial. The dress had to do three things at once: photograph well, intimidate Andy, and not move when she didn’t want it to. It did all three (the napkin did the rest).
